If you’re ever in the Georgetown area, I’d highly suggest walking around the historic residential area, especially down the 30-streets. I know I really enjoyed my stroll down 31st, 34th, 35th and 37th, which is right where Georgetown University’s National Historic Landmark, Healy Hall, is located.

The hodgepodge of colors and architectural choices in a single row home vary from traditionally colonial to bright and artsy, and it is these stark contrasts you come across that give the Georgetown residential area a charm you can’t find anywhere else.
